01Is the embroidery really hand made?
Yes. Every piece is embroidered by hand by chikankari karigars in Lucknow — you can see the small irregularities that only hand work has. We do not sell printed copies.
02Which size should I order?
Sizes are by bust measurement in inches — 38, 40, 42, 44 and 46. Measure across the fullest part of the bust and pick that number or the next one up for a relaxed fit. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are between sizes.
03How do I wash chikankari?
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water, separately the first time, and dry in shade. Iron on the reverse. Do not bleach or wring the embroidered parts.
04Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, with a small advance. Due to high demand, a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by paying ₹50 online at checkout; the rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. The ₹50 is part of your order total, not an extra charge.
05Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the designs and quantities and we will quote you directly.
06Can I visit?
